This notice explains how the website agenticleadsourcing.com handles your personal data and cookies when you visit it. It covers the website only. Use of the Agentic leadsourcing product and its data sources is governed separately.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by Agentic leadsourcing, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@agenticleadsourcing.com. Full legal entity details are available on request.

What we collect, and why

If you consent, we use a privacy-focused analytics tool (PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. This includes pages viewed, clicks, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and a recording of your session in which all form fields are masked. We collect this on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) AVG/GDPR).

If you decline, we count your visit anonymously using a privacy-preserving hash calculated on the analytics provider's servers. No cookies are set, no session is recorded, and you are not individually identifiable.

If you submit the early-access form, we collect the email address you provide so we can contact you about access and launch. We use it only for that purpose and do not sell or share it.

We do not sell your data, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies

We set analytics cookies and similar local storage only after you accept them. Until you choose, nothing is stored on your device. You can accept or reject from the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

Where your data is processed

Analytics data is processed by PostHog on its EU cloud, with data stored in the European Union. PostHog acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. We choose EU hosting deliberately to keep your data within the EU. Early-access emails are processed and stored by Resend (EU region) for the purpose of sending you confirmation and launch updates.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained only as long as needed to understand site usage trends, and is then deleted or aggregated. Session recordings are retained for a limited period and then deleted. Early-access emails are kept until launch or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the AVG/GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@agenticleadsourcing.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

We may update this notice. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
